Bulging Liner
Get support and advice you need if your Lay‑Z‑Spa liner if it is bulging.
Summer / Hot Weather
Please note that during the summer, high temperatures causes air to expand. If your Lay-Z-Spa is bulging at this time of year, this could be the cause. Try letting out some of the air.
Over-inflation
When inflating your Lay‑Z‑Spa liner it is very important to only use a Lay‑Z‑Spa pump as it is designed to inflate your hot tub to the optimum level, accounting for changes in air temperature, then any additional air will be expelled from the area where the air hose connects to the pump to avoid over‑inflation. We do not recommend using any other pumps, including hand pumps, due to risk of over‑inflation.
We advise against covering the holes on the base of the inflation hose when inflating otherwise this could result in over inflation, and bulging/damage to the structure of the product.
Please note that this advice does not apply to drop stitch models (I.e. those with thinner sides/walls) as they have a different construction, requiring use of a hand pump
