E03
Is there an E03 error code displaying on your Lay-Z-Spa pump? This means the ambient air temperature is too low.
If you're trying to setup up your Lay-Z-Spa in colder months or it has been outside unused for some time, it is likely to be too cold and will not work until it has warmed up.
Tip 1:
- Disconnect the pump from your Lay-Z-Spa and bring it indoors to warm up for 2-3 hours.
Tip 2:
- Disconnect the pump from your Lay-z-Spa and lay it on its back with the pipes facing upwards
- Pour hot water (not boiling) into the water inlet pipes and allow it to sit there for a few minutes.
- Tip out the water and repeat again.
If this does not resolve the issue, or if the ambient air temperature is above 10ºC please contact our Customer Care team.
